For the month of April Hay Queen! as well as JasmineDiane.com are doing a Water Challenge! For the entire month the only beverage we will consume is water.
I know what you're thinking: no food? Before you have a panic attack, there is no restriction on food. You can stick to your regularly scheduled diet. Of course, however, if you would like to see more results changing to a healthier diet can only benefit your body more during the challenge.
I know what you're thinking again (kind of psychic): You just want me to drink water? That's so boring. You are absolutely right, it is boring, but that's why it's a challenge. So cut out the milk, smoothies, coffee, juice, alcohol, pop or tea- and stick to water. But if you are feeling a little risky, try fruit-infused water!
