These first few weeks of the water challenge were not too challenging! I surprisingly have been able to cope well with only drinking water. My only weakness is going out. Of course, when everyone is casually drinking around you, and you're not, you want to socially engage as well. But clearly this wasn't able to happen. Anywho, me not drinking alcohol, and opting for a bottle of water instead, is a great exercise of self control. Kudos to me! *pats self on the back*
But let's get to the meat of this post, shall we? Days 1-16 of the water challenge! Whew, we are already halfway through the month! Here are a few pros and cons that I've come across so far in this challenge.
For the month of April Hay Queen! as well as JasmineDiane.com are doing a Water Challenge! For the entire month the only beverage we will consume is water.
I know what you're thinking: no food? Before you have a panic attack, there is no restriction on food. You can stick to your regularly scheduled diet. Of course, however, if you would like to see more results changing to a healthier diet can only benefit your body more during the challenge.
