1. Burnt red lips.
What color best exemplifies fall other than burgundy? This color works for all skin complexions, and compliments many color palettes. Whether you wear it as a matte or a gloss, burgundy on your lips can add a little bit of intrigue to your look. I still have not found the perfect burgundy color for this fall, but I am still on the lookout!
2. "No makeup" makeup look.
Fall allows us to wear a little more makeup than we could in the summer, due to the sudden drop in temperature. However, sometimes you still want to have that natural glow that was incorporated within your summer makeup regimen. Take Youtube guru, SunKissAlba for example. Her foundation provides full coverage, but can pass as a natural look. Adding a little bit more bronze as opposed to blush on her cheeks, giving out a summer glow. To achieve this look, make sure you fill in your brows softly, or not at all; and add a little more bronze to your cheeks, and highlights to the apples of your cheeks.
3. Vamp lips.
Just how burgundy exemplifies fall colors, strangely, vamp colors such as, violet and black do too. Not that we should stray from bright colors in the colder months, but they just tend to compliment the weather. If you are daring to vamp it up this fall make sure to apply a moisturizing balm and a skin tone concealer for ultimate moisture and coverage.
4. Noticeably blush or bronze.
Upping your blush within the colder months makes since. It's cold, you're already naturally rosey outside due to the cold air, why not enhance it? But, bronze? It's not the summertime boo. However, opting for a blush with bronze undertones is understandable. This is perfectly portrayed by Youtuber Carmen from MyNaturalSistas. Adding more color to your face during these cold months will redeem the summer glow you have now lost due to less sunlight, warming up your skin tone and having you fall ready!
What will you try this fall?
