We are very much into spring, and if you're from the Midwest like me, you know just how unpredictable the weather can be at this time. One day you can wear a dress, and the next day you need your boots and scarf- it's very difficult to prepare. That is what inspired this Tumblr-inspired lookbook. These choices I aspire to have in my closet, and ,my next clothing haul (on a budget) will hopefully contain some of these items!

I've never been a huge fan of cropped sweatshirts, but I definitely love how this has been styled. Combining three things I love: layering, sweatshirts and a white tee.
Why wouldn't I have the lovely Solange Knowles within this inspiration post? Ankle-length sundresses are perfect for spring. Adding a jacket can help you adapt to the ever-changing Midwest temps.
Shades of Cream
The art of monochromatic styling is an easy task that can easily go wrong. I love how this naturalista has decided to add white within here creams to switch the monochromatic trend up. Not to mention, the faux fur jacket is perfect for those random 30-degree temperature days!
Layered Casual Look
One of my style goals is to build up my sneaker game, and to start incorporating them into everyday looks. I'm honestly tired of wearing flats, and they don't do much to support the arches in my feet. I think it's time to give my footwear a major makeover.
