Back in December I released a post on my five favorite emerging Youtubers. And now I'm back to present five more Youtubers I'm also obsessed with. I imagine being an emerging Youtuber is much like being an emerging writer/blogger, so I definitely understand how difficult it can be to gain a following. But consider this as not just me trying to help those on the come up, but me honestly seeking out emerging vloggers who offer their sincere opinions on reviews and relatability. I hope you enjoy this list!
I just got hip to her channel, and it is nothing short of impressive. GirlRatesWorld brings weekly wig reviews, so I definitely recommend checking her channel out before purchasing a unit. She gives her honest opinion on each unit she reviews whether it be high-end, or synthetic. And she also slays when it comes to manipulating wigs to fit her own personal style. And can we talk about her video quality? Also very nice and her signature background is also an eye-catcher.
2. Keisha Charmaine
Since I've recently started my loc journey, I've started to seek out more loc'ed queens via Youtube. During my research, I stumbled upon Keisha Charmaine. I love the frequency of her channel. Her channel alone provided me with so much information about starting locs, growing locs and maintaining locs. She also interacts with her subbies consistently as well, with her "Loc Talk" videos. She really breaks down the ever-hazy art of keeping locs, and wears her own locs fearlessly and fabulously. Definitely check out her channel if you're within your own loc journey, or if you just want to know more about retaining long, natural hair.
AllThings_Krys is another wig reviewer I'd highly recommend. She has a sweet personality and seems very personable. Her reviews are short and sweet and vary between length and textures. She also reviews bundles of hair weave as well, for those who like making their own wigs or wearing sew-ins. She also experiments with color as well, but more natural hue for everyday looks. Definitely check out her Instagram as well, her selfie game is lit as well!
4. Tootsie Time
Tootsie Time is the coolest, British friend you've never had. Her channel consists of song covers, tags, girl talk, natural hair tutorials and everything else inbetween. It's so interesting to know her perspective on fashion, beauty and other pop culture topics since she does not live in the states. She's teamed up with fellow Youtube guru, Alyssa Forever, for a few videos- and their styles are definitely similar. The above video is what drew me to her channel, but her enticing personality is what made me subscribe!
5. Symphani Soto
Symphani Soto is effortlessly fly. When it comes to her makeup and hair... #goals. She reviews an array of beauty and hair products ranging in prices. And of course she shares how she achieves her flawless makeup looks. She has high quality videos, so her tutorials can be easy to follow. Make sure you follow her on Snapchat as well in order to see sneak peeks of her videos and more intimate details about her everyday shenanigans.
